No Supreme Court ruling has been issued. This page will be updated within days of any Supreme Court ruling, new tender announcement, or published regulation. ## Late June 2026 Argentina's National Electoral Chamber ruled in a separate case (Yang, Liping) that DNU 366/2025 is null and void, ordering the decision communicated to federal judges with citizenship jurisdiction. ## June 18, 2026 A federal appeals court (Cámara Civil y Comercial Federal, Sala III) ruled in the Volosh case that DNU 366/2025 is unconstitutional, finding the government had not demonstrated the necessity and urgency required to bypass ordinary congressional process. ## April 14, 2026 Resolution 522/2026, signed by Minister of Economy Luis Caputo, cancelled the operator tender entirely. No contract was awarded.
